Kim Lapo, LSCSW
Owner & Founder
Meet Kim Lapo, Clinical Social Worker and co-owner of a successful group practice since 2014. While Kim bootstrapped, she helped grow her group practice, scrambled to see clients, and answered all of the potential client calls as they came in. After missing three calls in one day, she realized the business could earn more money if she would pass the responsibilities of the intake process on to a virtual assistant.​

Kim understands how practice owners struggle with the decision to hire a virtual assistant, so she wanted to create a virtual assistant company trained to work with mental health practices in an empathetic and calm manner. Kim believes virtual assistants who have worked in the mental health field have a higher value and provide an advantage over larger freelance companies. Additionally she hires virtual assistants who start out working in Kim's group practice before they are ready to support other practices.

Kim is passionate about creating an environment in which virtual assistants handle the administrative processes so practice owners can focus on what brings them energy...and their next BIG idea.
